eGuard
extends the dual control principle ("double signature") to electronic messages
and, thus, addresses the concerns of today's security-conscious companies. When
an in-house originator fires a sensitive message eGuard prevents this message
from leaving the company unless explicitly authorized by the signatories in
charge.
